AAAB Joins the 55th Boston Chinatown August Moon Festival

On Sunday, August 9, 2026, the Asian American Association of Boston was proud to participate in the 55th Boston Chinatown August Moon Festival, organized by the Chinese Consolidated Benevolent Association of New England (CCBA).

The annual August Moon Festival brought together community organizations, local businesses, families, and visitors in the heart of Boston Chinatown for a vibrant celebration of Asian culture, heritage, and community.

This year, AAAB hosted a community booth featuring our 「中秋揮毫募捐」Chinese Calligraphy Fundraiser. Festival attendees had the opportunity to experience the beauty of traditional Chinese calligraphy while supporting AAAB’s community programs and initiatives.

Throughout the festival, the AAAB team also connected with community members and promoted the upcoming 16th Asian American Day Festival, which will take place on September 5, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at Boston Common. We were excited to invite festival attendees to join us for another day celebrating Asian American culture, diversity, and community.
