By using this website (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility
The Site is intended for a general audience and for people and organizations who want to learn about AAAB or apply to participate. You must provide accurate information on any form you submit. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. About AAAB and the bilingual Site
AAAB is a Massachusetts nonprofit organization founded in 2010. We promote Asian culture and community collaboration in Greater Boston.
The Site is offered in English and Traditional Chinese. If there is a conflict between language versions, the English text controls unless applicable law requires otherwise.

3. Informational purpose
Website content is for general information about AAAB programs, events, membership, and ways to get involved. We try to keep information accurate, but some pages are still being updated. Nothing on the Site is legal, tax, or other professional advice.
4. Applications and membership
Submitting an application (vendor/sponsor, performer, volunteer, parade, or membership) does not guarantee acceptance.
Membership applications are created with status pending. Member numbers are minted only after administrative approval (pending → active). Individual members receive A00001 (the letter A plus five digits). The first one hundred A numbers (A00001–A00100) are reserved for staff to enter historical members manually. Thereafter, new individual approvals are issued sequentially from A00101, skipping any A number already in use. Business members receive a separate sequence in the format B00001 (the letter B plus five digits), issued independently from B00001. No member number is issued on form submit.
You agree to provide accurate information and to update us if material details change.
5. Donations
Donations may be processed by third-party providers (such as Stripe). Their terms and privacy practices apply to payment processing. AAAB does not store full payment card numbers on our servers. Donation pages may include tax-related notices; treat them as informational and confirm with your advisor as needed.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting unauthorized access, disrupting services, submitting malicious or unlawful content, impersonating others, or using the Site for unlawful purposes.
7. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise noted, Site text, branding, and materials are owned by AAAB or used with permission. You may not copy or reuse substantial content for commercial purposes without permission.
8. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites or payment pages so you can donate or find related information. Those sites have their own terms. AAAB is not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
9. Disclaimer
We provide the Site to share information about AAAB’s work. We do not promise that every page is complete, current, or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, AAAB is not responsible for losses that come only from relying on Site content or from temporary outages. This disclaimer is not intended to exclude liability that cannot be excluded under Massachusetts or other applicable law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, AAAB is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Where a limitation is not allowed, our responsibility is limited to the maximum extent the law permits. This section does not set a fixed dollar cap.

12. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, the state and federal courts sitting in Massachusetts are an appropriate forum for disputes arising out of these terms or the Site.
13. Changes
