"The hero of society and have great ambitions ", this is the inscription of Mr. Yun Long Zhen, director of the Boston area of "Sing Tao Daily", senior media person and founder of the Asian American Association, to Ms. Ruan Sumei, chairman of the Ruan Family Office. What is "heroism"? She is the hero that is even better than men! Why does Mr. Yun Long Zhen have such high praise for Ms. Ruan Sumei? Out of curiosity, the author interviewed Ms. Nguyen Su Mai, Chairman of the Nguyen Family Office. Before going abroad, Ms. Ruan Sumei ran a clothing business in Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hong Kong and other places. Shang Hai's experience has made her super-strong communication skills. On August 18, 2000, Ms. Ruan Sumei immigrated to Boston, USA. Her first job was in a powerful foreign food company, and due to her strong working ability, she has been in the position of director of a department for more than 20 years.

In 2012, Ms. Ruan Sumei was recommended by the Nguyen clan to be elected as the chairman of the Nguyen clan due to her strong organizational communication skills, enthusiasm for public welfare, dedication and good reputation. Over the past ten years, with the perseverance and persistence of her compatriots, Ms. Ruan Sumei, who is enthusiastic and forthright, has successfully organized a series of activities such as daily activities of the Ruan clan, monthly banquets, regular ancestor worship, returning home for friendship, and member weddings.
